The FAO and Agreenium are offering their 2nd webinar in English on the theme: Sustainable Food Systems and Nutrition: Making agriculture and food systems nutrition-sensitive. It will take place on 28 April between 14:30 and 16:00 (Rome time), with the intervention of 2 experts from Fao, Patrizia Fracassi and Cristina Petracci and an expert from Montpellier SupAgro, Sylvie Avallone.
These webinars are aimed at audiences in all countries on current scientific developments on themes common to both organizations: food security - nutrition - rural poverty eradication - agro-ecology - sustainable food systems - integrated health management (plant, animal, human) - sustainable management of natural resources.
On each topic, experts from Fao and members of Agreenium look at each other.
The first webinar, which took place on 25 March, brought together more than 500 people from 90 countries, the majority of whom came from universities, research centres, governmental and non-governmental organizations, both national and international.
