The activity related to project development and monitoring has gradually increased in importance since the creation of the Institute with a marked acceleration from 2018 onwards.

The average number of members associated with a project is 6 members. A few large unifying projects bring together almost all the members and all the members are involved in at least two projects. The significant increase in projects is due to the mobilization of external funding.

In 2019, project activity is balanced between its three main destinations: international, digital, training and research.
