The 31st edition of the largest international conference on higher education in Europe will take place from 24 to 27 September in Helsinki, Finland. This year's theme is "Encompassing all voices" and will feature Simon Anholt, founder of the Good country index (a survey that ranks countries according to their contribution to humanity and the planet) and Aminata Cairo, anthropologist and specialist in inclusive education.
