Let's start 2018 with a new MOOC ! In its first edition, you will discover the different processes of winemaking until it gets to the final consumer. Led by Montpellier SupAgro, in partnership with Bordeaux Sciences Agro, AgroSup Dijon, ENSAT and INRA researchers.
The main educational goals :
mobilize basic knowledge in winemaking, oenology and economics,
understanding the interactions between wine production and natural and human environment in order to grasp agro-sytem and "terroir".
connect wine production, terroir's socio-economic dynamics and the cultural dimension of winemaking
MOOC available in several languages
This free, bilingual online course (French / English) is subtitled in Mandarin Chinese. Four teaching units or modules will lead you from the wine-making process to wine-tasting – ‘Vine Biology’, ‘Viticulture’, ‘Oenology’, ‘the Wine Industry and Economy’. Starting on January 31st 2018 you will have 5 weeks of work to accomplish.
Agreenium has also contributed in the MOOC's funding in accordance with its digital learning tasks.
