March 21, 2019: innovations in sharing and new pedagogical skills
email imprimer

Agreenium, the French Agricultural, Veterinary and Forestry Institute and the "Institut Mines Télécom" (ITM), two national networks of "Grandes Ecoles", are organising a seminar on 21 March 2019 at Télécom ParisTech in Paris on the theme of pedagogical innovations. The objective is to promote the sharing of experiences and create opportunities for synergies between the two networks.

In recent years, pedagogical innovation has been everywhere, in political discourse, in the impulses given by guardians, in the financing of future investments, but also among many teachers who want to teach differently or who find themselves in the need to adapt to the new generations of learners or who are tempted by digital educational technologies.

But pedagogical innovation only makes sense if it is diffused in groups and if it has a real impact on the effectiveness of learning.

This therefore raises questions about (i) what is meant by pedagogical innovation (ii) the way in which innovations are shared, either within an institution or within a thematic community, and (iii) the evolution of teachers' pedagogical skills for the implementation of these innovations.
