Last Thursday, May 16 at ENILBIO in Poligny (39), four food engineering students from AgroSup Dijon, member of Agreenium, won the Louis Pasteur Innovation Trophy with their Good'chanvre product, a 100% vegetable mousse flavoured with chocolate and made from recycled hemp.
A prize awarded by a jury composed of agrifood professionals after examining the 10 projects submitted by students from different institutions.
