UMR 1333 - Diversity, Genomes and Microbe/Insect Interactions (DGIMI)

The research developed in the UMR DGIMI are devoted to the study of the mechanisms underlying the interactions between insect pests, their associated pathogens and parasites and their host plants. Our research considers the diversity of partners and rely on the knowledge of their genomes.
DGIMI is composed of 4 research groups:
• Integrative biology of host-parasitoid interactions (B2iHP)
• Dynamics of Interactions between Densoviruses and Insects (DIDI)
• Epigenetic, holocentrism and insect adaptation (EHA)
• Integrative biology of interactions between bacteria, insects & entomopathogenic nematodes (BIBINE)
