The objective of the GASCON training program is the learning of the concepts and methods of AgroEcological Crop Protection.

Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of agroecology. If need be, follow this specific training: "Qu’est-ce que l’agroécologie ?” (in French)
Programme
4 modules: - Overview of ACP (history, defintion and implementation) - Experiments and observations for ACP -Design and use of models for ACP -ACP strategies at the landscape level. // Hands-on exercises with four external platforms: IPSIM-Chayote, Model Builder, Quantipest, Herbea // One serious game where you are an agricultural adviser specialized in ACP // Short exercices (MCQ, T/F, classification, scheduling, blank texts) // Short exercices (MCQ, T/F, classification, scheduling, blank texts)

- Knowledge of AgroEcological Crop Protection basics and associated fields
- Ability to produce useful knowledge for ACP
