With the launch of an innovative space dedicated to startups, a food hackathon and the students’ participation in the trade show, AgroParisTech invites you to be present.

Proposed by SIAL Paris and conceived in partnership with the IDEFI-ECOTROPHELIA network and AgroParisTech, RISING START-UPS is the first European prospective space dedicated to the emerging startups of the agri-food sector. 
The call for applications was accomplished with the support of several networks, including the IDEFI-ECOTROPHELIA network and the ISEKI network, and national food organizations and federations, including ANIA.
Nearly 80 applications from 12 countries (from innovative projects in the process of maturation or young startups working on a food product, or equipment/process, or service, or packaging for the agri-food sector) were submitted in this first edition.
Selected for their boldness and inventiveness, 40 projects and companies will participate in the Rising Start-ups space of SIAL Paris to present for the first time their new product, equipment or service. 
This innovative space will host 10 projects a day, from 21st to 25th October, at the connecting passage between Hall 6 and the main gallery.
