The Regional Centre of Excellence against Hunger and Malnutrition (CERFAM) and the Agreenium Alliance are organising a cycle of webinars on sustainable, resilient and inclusive Food Systems.

The first webinar: “Promoting the transformation of food systems to accelerate African governments' efforts to eradicate hunger and malnutrition during COVID-19 and beyond” wil be held on 6 July 2021 at 9.00 am.

This interactive event is part of a 2021/2022 three-part webinar series under the theme “Multi-sectoral and multi-stakeholder approaches for healthy, adequate and diverse nutrition in Africa”.

L'objectif de ces webinaires est de mettre les réfléxions en cours sur les systèmes alimentaires au coeur des débats et de favoriser les discussions sur la façon de catalyser une transformation efficace des systèmes alimentaires en vue du Sommet de Tokyo 2020 sur la nutrition pour la croissance (N4G) et le Sommet des Nations Unies sur les systèmes alimentaires de 2021.

The objective of the webinar series is to bring to the table the ongoing conversation on food systems and generate discussion on how to catalyse effective food systems transformation looking towards the Tokyo 2020 Nutrition for Growth Summit (N4G) and the 2021 United Nations Food Systems Summit.
