NUTRITION AND FOOD SYSTEMS MOOC: A massive open online course to learn about the pathways to sustainable and healthy diets
Professionals working in policy and institutional environments related to food, need to have the skills to design, implement, monitor and evaluate policies and programmes in a holistic and integrated way.
This MOOC offers an overview of food systems approaches, presents the components of food systems and analyses a range of pathways for addressing major challenges preventing the food systems from delivering healthy diets, in a sustainable way, for improved nutrition.
