Sustainable Food Systems and Nutrition: Making agriculture and food systems nutrition-sensitive

This is the first of a series of free and open technical webinars that are organized by UN-ESCAP (United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific), Agreenium (l'Institut agronomique, vétérinaire et forestier de France) and FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations), in 2019.

These technical webinars are focused on a number of thematic areas related to the global challenges humanity is facing and are an opportunity for all of us to share experiences and lessons learned, discuss challenges and propose innovative solutions and models. The idea, for each thematic area, is to bring together the “development” perspective from one side and the latest findings in “innovation and research” on the other, in order to give participants a holistic and comprehensive view on the global trends and challenges.

The webinar will take place on Tuesday 25 June 2019 at 14:30 - 16:00 Central European Summer Time (CEST).
